A woman with a Russian passport in the name of ORENSTEIN
left here in "Hoihow" for Amoy October 28th. She is an Austrian subject employed by German Consul here. Her real name
is stated to be Rosa Albert. There is reason to believe that
she is carrying papers and while here to have had some connect- ion with Wehde. British Consul has asked Consul at Amoy to
order Captain of ship that Woman is not to land until instruct-
ions have been received from Hongkong.
